No. We are 100% referral based, meaning you need to talk with your PCP about a referral. They have a form to send us so that we know more about why you need to be seen.

Yes, we do accept it. There is a process for receiving a discount for cash pay. Please call to find out more.

Jennifer is contracted as in-network with most private insurance plans.

Jennifer is credentialed with Oregon Medicaid open card and individually with JCC and AllCare.

Yes. There is an application process with explanation that you can come in and complete once accepted as a patient.
